Our Story

Our Juniper Scalp Therapy treatment shampoo and conditioner were developed to treat inflamed itchy flaky and scaly scalps effectively bringing ongoing relief by providing a well-balanced scalp microbiome alongside healthy hydrated soft shiny hair.

Developed by Tony Maleedy MIT MSCS, who is a well-known and recognised hair specialist, award winning cosmetic scientist and an expert on hair and scalp formulations from his 25-year career as an International Trichologist.

Eva Proudman FIT IAT, consultant Trichologist, met Tony at an educational congress and instantly formed a great working relationship bringing the Juniper Treatment range into her UK wide Trichology clinics.  The Juniper Therapy treatment shampoo and conditioner were featured on the International TV Show “The Hair Loss clinic” and have been bringing relief to the many thousands of peoples who have problem scalps across the world since.

Both trichologists are internationally recognised and have sat on the board of the Institute of Trichologists, Eva having been the chair for a term. They have both worked with big name brands and are passionate about the Hair and Scalp.

When Tony decided to step back from his own Tony Maleedy hair business it was a natural transition to bring the product into the UK Hair Specialists clinical portfolio to continue to grow the awareness of the product and to also ensure availability worldwide.
